A Farmhouse Affair

Country afternoons are especially beautiful when you’re marrying the one you love. Hosted at the couple’s farmhouse, Ridgewells created an inspiring menu incorporating farm-fresh ingredients. Guests were greeted with Wild Strawberry Limeade and passed hors d’oeuvres such as Short Rib Spring Rolls, Deviled Quail Eggs with Caviar and Watermelon Gazpacho Shooters. Set among rustic farm tables, the family-style menu featured mouth-watering entrées like Sea Salt Rubbed Tenderloin, Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Bacon Zucchini Sauce and Tri-Colored Heirloom Carrots. Five different wedding cakes—include including a Blueberry Torte and a Cappuccino Truffle Torte—were on display, along with chocolate-dipped strawberries dressed in “tuxedos,” at every place setting.
