An Artistic Wedding
An industrial gallery space in Washington, DC, was the perfect backdrop for a springtime wedding. With hanging floral décor and an eclectic collection of benches, chairs and stools, the space was transformed into an urban garden. Passed hors d’oeuvres included Bourbon Shrimp ‘n’ Grits Fritters, Fig Brulée Tarts and Tenderloin Crostini. For dinner, Ridgewells served a delicious Buffalo Mozzarella and Panzanella Salad, Boneless Braised Beef Short Ribs—and Stuffed Artichoke Gratin for the vegetarian guests. The couple—who adores Hollywood films—incorporated movie-theater favorites into the desserts, which included Junior Mint Parfaits and late-night popcorn.
