What’s the smartest way to celebrate a grand opening of a health center? Serve fresh, healthy food, of course. Ridgewells Catering’s cocktail reception—which was staged in the company’s parking lot and office building—welcomed 200 guests. The menu featured vegetarian and low-carb options such as Greek Pita Pockets, Grilled Vegetable Tarts—and gluten-free delicacies like Pinot Noir Beef and Lemon Rosemary Chicken Skewers with Horseradish Mustard and Pesto Aioli. The sweets selection was just as smart. A tropical grilled fruit station and a Greek yogurt dessert bar with deliciously healthy toppings ended the evening on a feel-good note.
