Accounts Payable Analyst
Ridgewells Catering is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst to work in our high volume Accounting Department. This candidate must be well organized and detail-oriented to handle all aspects of its payable function, including but not limited to: input and post vouchers/invoices into Great Plains Dynamic, maintains files of vouchers in an organized manner, reviews vendor statements, prepares the weekly check run, prepares daily electronic cash receipt deposit, and supports Account Receivables/Billing. Ability to reconcile G/L Accounts to sub ledgers. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and possess good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Minimum of 2 years experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Café & Club Assistant Manager
Ridgewells Catering is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to serve as Café & Club Assistant Manager at a high profile Performing Arts Center in Bethesda, MD. The position is part of a management team that oversees the operation of the café, kitchen, concessions, backstage artist hospitality and onsite catering. A successful candidate will have proven customer service experience in high volume environments, adaptability and flexibility to changes, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities will include: Oversight of the daily operations of the club, café and concessions, accounting duties such as cash management, maintaining proper sanitation, cleaning and food safety standards. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is preferred, 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant leadership, the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively, and strong communication and organizational skills. Purple Tie by Ridgewells is seeking to hire a Staffing Coordinator to assist with social and corporate event staffing. Candidate will work closely with the Senior Operations Manager providing administrative support to facilitate the efficient staffing of events. Duties will include communicating event details to staff – schedules, logistical details, uniform reminders, onsite time and any other pertinent information deemed necessary for the successful execution of the event. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for entering events into the company database system; act as liaison between Ridgewells’ Event Design team and event staff; answering the telephone and responding to voice messages; share the responsibility of after hour’s phone with the staffing coordinators, act as an onsite Event Manager checking in event staff and coordinate service during the event. Candidates must have experience with all cold food production including; salads, vinaigrettes, cold sauces, soups, charcuterie, hors d’oeuvres, fruits, etc. Must have the ability to read and execute recipes written in English, understands and practices proper time and temperature controls as defined under county, state and federal guidelines, and must have good knife skills.
