Executive Sous Chef

Ridgewells is seeking to hire an Executive Chef to join our culinary production team. This candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day food production of our high volume operation. Candidate must maintain the highest quality food standard and ensure that food is prepared in an organized, efficient and timely manner. Executive Pastry Chef

 

Ridgewells Catering is seeking a seasoned, hands-on Executive Pastry Chef to manage a high-quality, high-volume bakery division with innovation, creativity, teamwork and leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to produce consistent, high-quality products; maintain quality standards for the bakery team with special attention to look, color, texture and taste
  • Develop new, innovative bakery concepts and participate in menu planning, working closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Sales and sales team
  • Prepare and manage department budget; ensure established food production schedules are met by effectively managing employees to maximize productivity and meet labor budgets

Catering Kitchen Production Manager

 

Ridgewells Catering is seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our growing kitchen management team, working closely with the Executive Chef to manage menu production details for a wide range of high-end off-premise events and contract accounts. This sous-chef level position is responsible for managing the kitchen office and, in particular, the flow of information between sales and the kitchen.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Review, process and manage large quantities of menu and prep item data
  • Quantify menus and detail prep item information for each menu item to be produced
  • Manage the printing and updating of kitchen production menus, prep sheets and purchasing details
  • Communicate and collaborate regularly with the sales team on menus, production updates, special requests, ideation of custom menu concepts, etc.
  • Assist the Executive Chef as needed with menu development, food production plans and kitchen organization, production of high-quality dishes with impeccable presentation, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Long-Term Intern, Major Events

 

Ridgewells Catering is seeking three (3) long-term interns to support our Major Events team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain professional experience in the hospitality and sports industry, working on large-scale catering and concessions operations at major golf championships.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • You will work as part of our team to service our contract with the United States Golf Association
  • You will have administrative duties as well as leadership opportunities at your assigned championship(s); our work environment is fast-paced and ever-changing
