For this year's U.S. Open Championship, Ridgewells returned to the iconic Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, New York, for another unforgettable week of world-class hospitality. With approximately 155,000 fans attending throughout the tournament, our team served more than 25,000 meals with the support of nearly 900 dedicated staff members.
Since 1993, Ridgewells has proudly served as the exclusive corporate hospitality food and beverage partner of the United States Golf Association (USGA). Each year, our team provides elevated culinary experiences across premium hospitality venues, serving guests in client suites hosted by brands including Rolex, American Express, Goldman Sachs, and Chanel. We also oversee food and beverage operations throughout multiple championship venues, including the iconic 1895 Club - the USGA's premier hospitality experience at the Open.
Every championship begins long before the first tee shot. As menus are developed, our culinary team draws inspiration from the host region, incorporating locally sourced ingredients and partnering with local brands to create an authentic sense of place. Building meaningful relationships within each host community is central to our approach, allowing us to celebrate local flavors while supporting regional businesses.
This year's menus highlighted standout products from Long Island favorites including Gabila's, Tate's Bake Shop, and Hampton Coffee Company. In the 1895 Club, guests also enjoyed a made-to-order sushi experience in partnership with Nisen Sushi, bringing fresh ingredients, skilled craftsmanship, and interactive dining to one of the tournament's most exclusive hospitality spaces.
Throughout championship week, menus celebrated both the traditions of the U.S. Open and the vibrant flavors of the East Coast. Guests enjoyed an impressive Coastal Display featuring fresh seafood, alongside a variety of chef-attended stations that transformed each meal into an experience. Fan favorites included customizable Street Tacos and Bowls, handcrafted sandwiches from the Fairway Deli, and wok-fired specialties prepared fresh at the Stir Fry Station. Every dish reflected our commitment to exceptional ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and the elevated service that defines the Ridgewells hospitality experience.
As another remarkable championship comes to a close, we're proud to continue a partnership with the USGA that has spanned nearly three decades. From collaborating with local businesses to creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world, the U.S. Open remains one of our most rewarding opportunities to showcase the power of exceptional hospitality. We look forward to raising the bar once again next year.
